Design
You have an amazing concept! We design it for you and create the tech packs necessary for the development and production phases.
Samples development
Before any production orders, we will first develop a prototype as a test to the final product. You will be able to make all the desired corrections and improvements, in order to develop a sample for you to use for marketing purposes and production guidelines.
Packaging development
Simple? Ecological? Luxurious! Your products packaging is very important for your positioning and we know how to do it.
Production
Manufacturing process – this is the key reason why our clients enjoy working with us. Small, medium or high MOQ? We select the best manufacturers for your product, price, MOQ and turn around time.
Quality Control
We can guarantee the implementation of a system of maintaining the quality standards in manufactured products by testing the sample of the output against the specification.
Shipping Management
The shipping phase is very important to make sure that the goods arrive in great conditions, as soon as possible, at the best price. We will present options.
Pick, Pack and Ship
Carbon footprint, warehouse rent, shipping costs…all of these factors are usually a burden! Portugal Production takes care of your stock and ships the products to the final clients!

Phase 1: Getting to know each other
At this step, we identify your goals and doubts, consider the stage of your project and your timeline, consider your knowledge of production processes and, together we build the type of service that you need and want.

Phase 2: NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)
To respect and protect our client’s information and contents is one of our most important values and we do it by nature. Nevertheless, we are totally available to sign an NDA, if that makes you feel more comfortable about your designs and other contents that you need to share with us.
Phase 3: Information analysis
We usually need you to share with us information to help us determine the best options for your project: Sketches, ideas, designs or spec sheets, materials that you prefer, positioning of your brand, quantities to produce, timelines or specific demands that you might have and other.
Do not worry if you still haven’t all this figured out: we commit ourselves to guide you through it, step by step.
Phase 4: Services proposal
After a deep analysis of all the information provided by you and the specific information gathered from our network of suppliers and manufacturers, our team needs 5 days to put together a services proposal, specifically designed for you and for your project, including the service costs, the estimated costs for your prototypes, as well as delivery dates for prototypes, commercial samples and production.
Phase 5: Monthly fee
Our service is charged according to a monthly fee, which is determined during the diagnosis phase: meeting and information analysis. Nothing is charged until Portugal Production sends you its proposal and we get your approval.
The usual minimum duration of Portugal Production’s services is 3 months. Nevertheless, this duration might be adapted to the project whenever necessary, according to the specific details to be agreed between the parts.
